1/ Self-pickup:

Please pick the item up in person, by a friend or family member, at the Warner Music Hong Kong office in Kowloon Bay on December 16th or 17th, Please present the QR code included in the collection notification email send 1 week prior. Collection hours are as follows:

DEC 16 & 17 15：00 - 19：00 （cut off time 18：45）

2/ Local SF Express Delivery

Goods will be shipped out gradually over the next week starting December 16th, limited to local SF Express delivery (shipping fee is $30-35). Please note that delivery to destinations outside Hong Kong is not available. Please enter a valid Hong Kong mobile phone number for the recipient when placing your order; otherwise, you will not be able to receive SF Express pickup notifications.
