Internal Concert Ticket Orders
Only Warner Music Hong Kong Limited employees and their relatives can purchase tickets. If you cannot provide the correct Warner Music Hong Kong Limited employee name, the order will be canceled without prior notice, even if it has been confirmed.
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the tickets from the Company according to the terms, dates, sessions, and designated prices for internal concert ticket orders. Once an order is submitted and confirmed, no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted for any reason.
We do not guarantee to fulfill all ticket reservation requests, such as designated seat locations or ticket combinations. As ticket quantities are limited, all reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Warner Music Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final decision and ticket allocation, and no objection will be entertained.
If the performance cannot be completed due to weather conditions, epidemic prevention policies, or other force majeure factors, the organizer will arrange ticket refunds according to the situation. However, internal ticket order handling fees will not be refunded. Details will be announced officially.
For security reasons, there is no delivery service for internal concert ticket orders. The Company will only arrange for you or your authorized personnel to collect the tickets in person at the Company's designated location within the specified dates. Overdue collection will not be processed.
If you entrust a courier company to collect the tickets on your behalf, you must make an appointment with the Company in advance for arrangement. Otherwise, the Company will prioritize processing on-site ticket collection.
Concert Merchandise
All concert merchandise is designed and produced by Warner Music Hong Kong Limited and is of limited pre-production. Product effect preview images are for reference only. The actual product's image, style, and color may vary. The actual product shall prevail. All concert merchandise is only sold at Warner Music online store and designated venue locations and will not be sold through third-party sales channels.
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the merchandise from the Company according to the terms, styles, and designated prices for concert merchandise. Once an order is submitted and confirmed, no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted for any reason.
If the product is found to have quality defects or damage, you can contact our staff on-site for an exchange, or contact our online customer service personnel or email warnerticketing@gmail.com within 7 days after collection to request an exchange. Please retain the complete packaging and unused product for return and exchange, otherwise overdue requests will not be processed.
We will arrange delivery of your ordered concert merchandise to the delivery address you provided through our staff or a third-party supplier. When the product is delivered to the delivery address you provided, the product is deemed to be delivered to and received by you. If you are unable to receive the product for any reason, you agree and accept that we have the right to charge you additional fees or cancel your order.
If the appearance of the goods is affected during transportation (such as damaged corners or dents) but does not affect normal use, or if the goods have been used, damaged, modified, or destroyed, the Company will not accept returns or exchanges.
When the goods you purchased have been delivered to you, you will become the owner of the goods. Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will bear the risk of holding the goods, and we will not be liable for their loss or damage.
