Please read our terms carefully before placing an order.Placing an order confirms that you have understood and accepted our terms.

Refund Policy

All confirmed orders will not accept any request for cancellation or refund for any reason.

Special Circumstances for Cancellation/Refunds (Excluding Concert Tickets):

In very special circumstances not caused by our store's system failure, requests for order cancellation and refund must be negotiated with customer service and agreed upon by both parties. (This does not apply to concert tickets.)
If a refund is agreed upon, the customer must bear a refund processing fee of a minimum of HKD$50 or 1.5% of the total order amount per transaction, whichever is higher.
Refunds will take approximately four weeks to be processed back to the original payment method.

Concert Tickets and Ticketed Events:

If the performance or event cannot be completed due to force majeure factors (such as weather conditions or epidemic prevention policies), the organizer may arrange for ticket refunds.
However, the internal booking fee will not be refunded.

Exchanges (Only applicable to concert merchandise, not concert tickets)

If the customer receives a product with quality issues, such as defects or damage, please contact our customer service within 7 working days after receiving the goods. We will ask the customer to provide relevant evidence such as photos or videos for our assessment. If it is determined that there is a product quality issue and there is stock available, we will arrange for a product replacement.

The product to be exchanged must be unused and free from stains or malfunctions caused by non-human defects. Please keep the complete original packaging (including the outer packaging box), otherwise the exchange will not be accepted.
Exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:

The product has been opened and used, or damage caused by human factors, such as: stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, scratches, dirt.
The packaging of the exchanged product is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are incomplete.
Malicious or large-scale exchanges.

Final Decision Right

If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English information on this website, the information in the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
