Return Policy

Exchange Policy

Once an order is confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted for any reason. 

In the event that concerts or other ticketed events cannot be completed due to weather conditions, epidemic prevention policies, or other force majeure factors, the organizer may arrange for refunds depending on the situation, but internal ticketing handling fees will not be refunded.

Exchanges (Only applicable to concert merchandise, not concert tickets)

If the customer receives a product with quality issues, such as defects or damage, please contact our customer service within 7 working days after receiving the goods. We will ask the customer to provide relevant evidence such as photos or videos for our assessment. If it is determined that there is a product quality issue and there is stock available, we will arrange for a product replacement.

  1. The product to be exchanged must be unused and free from stains or malfunctions caused by non-human defects.  Please keep the complete original packaging (including the outer packaging box), otherwise the exchange will not be accepted.

  2. Exchanges will not be accepted in the following situations:

    • The product has been opened and used, or damage caused by human factors, such as: stains, malfunctions, damage, wear, scratches, scratches, dirt.

    • The packaging of the exchanged product is damaged or incomplete, or the invoice and accessories are incomplete.

    • Malicious or large-scale exchanges.

Final Decision Right

If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English information on this website, the information in the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail. In case of any dispute, we reserve the right of final decision.
