The shipping method varies for each product. Please check the delivery options for each product when placing an order.
1/ Concert, Musical, Autograph Session, and Meet-and-Greet Tickets
All event tickets are for self-pickup only and will not be mailed.
For concert and musical tickets, please pay attention to the detailed pickup email notification and redemption letter. Pick up your tickets in person at the Warner Music Hong Kong office within the specified date and time by presenting the "QR Code" in the redemption letter. If you cannot pick up the tickets in person, you can authorize a friend or family member and provide the "QR Code" in the redemption letter for them to pick up on your behalf. Tickets not picked up within the deadline will not be refunded or exchanged.
If you entrust a courier company to collect the tickets on your behalf, you must make an appointment with the customer service in advance for arrangement. Otherwise, WMHK will prioritize processing on-site ticket collection.
For events such as autograph sessions and meet-and-greets where it is stated that pre-pickup is not available, please pay attention to the email notification. Arrive at the venue early on the day of the event and present the "QR Code" in the redemption letter to verify your information and arrange entry. If you have any questions, please log in to the WMHK eShop to contact us. Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged if you are absent or arrive late for the event for any reason.
2/ Concert Merchandise
Different arrangements will be made for concert merchandise depending on the product design and delivery schedule.
For merchandise of concerts held in Hong Kong:
Redemption with the "QR Code" in the redemption letter has the following two options:
Pick up in person at the Warner Music office within the specified date before the concert, or
Pick up at the venue during the concert.
Please pay attention to the pickup email notification and redemption letter for details.
If the merchandise is not picked up after the concert, please log in to WMHK eShop to contact customer service within 7 days for arrangements. If no pickup arrangement is received within 7 days, the order will be considered abandoned and canceled, and the payment will not be refunded or any compensation will be given. No objection will be entertained.
For merchandise of concerts held outside of Hong Kong:
Only the option of picking up in person at the venue during the concert by presenting the "QR Code" in the redemption letter. No other pickup methods are available.
Please ensure that you can pick up your merchandise before the concert starts on the day. Please pay attention to the pickup email notification for details.
If you are unable to pick up on the day due to special circumstances, please log in to the WMHK eShop to contact customer service 10 days before the concert to arrange for self-paid courier delivery. Otherwise, all items not picked up on the day will be treated as abandoned and canceled, and the payment will not be refunded or any compensation will be given. No objection will be entertained.
3/ Albums
Two options may be provided:
local courier delivery or
pickup in-person or authorise someone on your behalf at the Warner Music office by presenting the "QR Code" in the redemption letter.
Please read the product information carefully for details.
Details of shipment will be notified by email when shipment is ready. If you need to change the recipient information during the delivery, please contact the logistics company directly.

vi. 7-11 Convenience Store pickup (via SF Express)
Delivery days are 2-4 working days after notification of shipment. Please pay attention to the shipment email notification for details.

Any additional delivery fees incurred due to incorrect delivery address or phone number information provided will be paid by the recipient.
Delivery may be delayed during festive holidays with high order volume or force majeure natural disasters.
